Catherine sadly passed away at Bristol's Southmead Hospital on 17th November after a long illness. As a mark of appreciation for the exemplary care that she received throughout her time there and particularly in her final days, you are invited to make a donation to the Southmead Hospital Charity, instead of giving flowers.

Catherine's funeral will take place on Friday 8th December at 12.00 midday, at Canford Crematorium, Canford Lane, Westbury-on-Trym, Bristol BS9 3PQ. There will be a gathering afterwards at Avonmouth Community Centre, 257 Avonmouth Road, Bristol BS11 9EN.
